Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "Client", or "Therapist", as applicable) and MassageCrib ("MassageCrib", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the MassageCrib website, marketplace, booking systems, payment facilities, communications channels and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting a therapist application, browsing a therapist profile, requesting a booking, making a payment, accepting a booking, providing services through MassageCrib, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. About MassageCrib

MassageCrib operates a marketplace through which clients can discover massage and wellness experiences and therapists and arrange appointments.

MassageCrib may provide technology, booking, payment facilitation, communication, administrative, verification, customer-support and concierge services in connection with those experiences.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, MassageCrib is not the therapist providing the massage or wellness service.

The Therapist is responsible for the actual professional service provided to a Client.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or fiduciary relationship between MassageCrib and a Therapist except where expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

"Client" means any person who accesses the Platform for the purpose of browsing, requesting, purchasing or receiving an Experience or service.

"Therapist" means an individual who has applied to, registered with, been approved by, or otherwise provides services through the MassageCrib Platform.

"Experience" means a massage, wellness or related service listed on the Platform.

"Booking" means a reservation requested or created through the Platform for an Experience.

"Booking Deposit" means the reservation payment required to secure a Booking.

"Booking Code" means the unique identification code assigned to a Booking.

"Platform" means the MassageCrib website, applications, booking tools, communication systems and related services.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law or by MassageCrib in writing:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You must not create an account for another person without authorization.
• You must not impersonate another person.
• You must not use another person's payment method without authorization.
• You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

MassageCrib may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, age, contact information or eligibility.

4. User Accounts

Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for protecting access to your account.

You must notify MassageCrib promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not sell, transfer, lend or otherwise provide your MassageCrib account to another person.

MassageCrib may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, harassment, unsafe conduct or violations of these Terms.

5. Marketplace Role

MassageCrib provides a marketplace through which Clients may discover Therapists and request Experiences.

MassageCrib may review therapist applications, verify submitted information, display therapist profiles, facilitate bookings, facilitate payments, provide customer support and investigate complaints.

However, verification or publication of a Therapist profile does not constitute a guarantee or warranty by MassageCrib that the Therapist will meet every Client expectation or that every statement made by a Therapist is accurate or complete.

Clients remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when selecting and interacting with a Therapist.

6. Therapist Status

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Therapists operate as independent service providers.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship between MassageCrib and a Therapist.

Each Therapist is responsible for:

• determining whether they are legally permitted to provide their services;
• maintaining any licence, registration, certification or qualification required by law;
• providing accurate information during onboarding;
• accurately representing their experience and qualifications;
• complying with applicable health and safety requirements;
• complying with applicable tax obligations;
• maintaining appropriate professional insurance where required or appropriate;
• providing services professionally; and
• complying with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Therapist Applications and Verification

MassageCrib may require prospective Therapists to provide identity information, photographs, professional history, certificates, identification documents, videos, references and other information reasonably required for onboarding or verification.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

MassageCrib may approve, reject, suspend or remove a Therapist subject to applicable law and any separate contractual obligations.

A Therapist must not knowingly provide false, misleading, forged or materially incomplete information.

8. Therapist Representations

By applying to or providing services through MassageCrib, a Therapist represents and warrants that:

1. The information provided to MassageCrib is accurate.
2. Photographs uploaded may lawfully be used by the Therapist.
3. Qualifications and certificates submitted are genuine.
4. The Therapist is legally entitled to provide the advertised services.
5. The Therapist will comply with applicable laws.
6. The Therapist will provide services professionally.
7. The Therapist will respect Client boundaries.
8. The Therapist will not engage in unlawful conduct through the Platform.
9. The Therapist will not misuse Client information.
10. The Therapist will not use MassageCrib to facilitate unlawful activity.
11. The Therapist will immediately notify MassageCrib of material information affecting their ability to provide services safely and lawfully.

9. Experiences and Service Information

Information concerning Experiences, including descriptions, duration, prices, therapist availability, location options, photographs and therapist profiles, is provided for informational and booking purposes.

MassageCrib reserves the right to correct errors, update descriptions, change prices, modify availability or discontinue Experiences.

Where a material pricing or booking error is discovered after a Booking has been submitted, MassageCrib may contact the Client to correct the error or cancel the affected Booking, subject to applicable law.

10. Bookings

A Client may request a Booking through the Platform.

A Booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed appointment.

A Booking may pass through stages including:

Awaiting Payment → Pending → Confirmed → Completed

or, where applicable:

Payment Failed / Cancelled

A Booking is considered confirmed only when the Platform or MassageCrib expressly identifies it as confirmed.

11. Reservation Deposit

MassageCrib currently requires a reservation deposit equal to 30% of the applicable service amount for applicable Experiences.

Unless otherwise stated:

• 30% is paid through the Platform;
• the remaining 70% constitutes the outstanding service balance; and
• payment of the deposit does not necessarily mean that the appointment has been operationally confirmed.

Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider.

12. Payment Authorization

By submitting a payment, you represent that:

• you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
• the payment information supplied is accurate;
• the transaction is legitimate; and
• you will not use fraudulent, stolen or unauthorized payment credentials.

MassageCrib may suspend a Booking or account where a transaction appears fraudulent, disputed, reversed, unauthorized or otherwise suspicious.

13. Outstanding Balances

Where an Experience requires payment of a remaining balance, the Client is responsible for paying that balance according to the Booking arrangements communicated by MassageCrib.

A Client must not intentionally avoid payment for a completed service.

Failure to pay an outstanding amount may result in cancellation, suspension of the Client account, restriction from future bookings and lawful recovery of amounts owed.

14. Appointment Times

Clients and Therapists are expected to respect confirmed appointment times.

Clients should provide sufficient notice where they are delayed.

A Therapist may reasonably decline to commence an appointment where:

• the Client is excessively late;
• the Client's conduct creates a safety concern;
• the Client is intoxicated;
• the Client appears unable to provide meaningful consent;
• the location is unsafe; or
• continuing the appointment would expose the Therapist to unreasonable risk.

15. Health and Medical Responsibility

Massage and wellness services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

Clients are responsible for informing the Therapist of relevant circumstances that may reasonably affect the safety of an Experience.

Where appropriate, this may include injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery, serious medical conditions, medications, physical limitations, skin conditions or other circumstances relevant to receiving massage services.

Clients should obtain appropriate medical advice before receiving massage where they have concerns about whether massage is appropriate for them.

MassageCrib does not provide medical diagnosis or individualized medical advice through the Platform.

16. Ordinary Risks and No Guaranteed Results

Massage and wellness services may involve ordinary physical risks, including temporary soreness, discomfort, bruising or other physical reactions.

By booking an Experience, the Client acknowledges these ordinary risks and agrees to communicate relevant concerns and limitations to the Therapist before and during the session.

MassageCrib does not guarantee that an Experience will produce a particular physical, emotional, therapeutic or wellness result. Individual results may vary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Professional Boundaries and Prohibited Conduct

All Experiences must remain within the description of the booked service and applicable professional boundaries.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• sexual assault;
• harassment;
• coercion;
• unwanted touching;
• threats;
• intimidation;
• trafficking;
• exploitation;
• non-consensual conduct;
• extortion;
• unlawful recording;
• solicitation of unlawful services; and
• any other unlawful conduct.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

A Client or Therapist may end an Experience where they reasonably believe that a boundary has been crossed or safety has become a concern.

MassageCrib may immediately suspend an account while investigating a serious allegation.

18. Prohibited Use of the Platform

The Platform must not be used to:

• arrange unlawful sexual services;
• facilitate prostitution or trafficking;
• arrange exploitation;
• arrange illegal drug transactions;
• facilitate fraud;
• impersonate another person;
• harass, threaten or stalk another person;
• circumvent MassageCrib payment systems;
• create fraudulent accounts;
• manipulate reviews;
• submit fraudulent complaints;
• upload malicious software;
• interfere with Platform security; or
• engage in any unlawful activity.

MassageCrib may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating this section.

19. Off-Platform Circumvention

Clients and Therapists must not intentionally use information obtained through MassageCrib to circumvent the Platform for the purpose of avoiding applicable MassageCrib fees, booking procedures or contractual safeguards.

This does not prohibit lawful communication or relationships that are otherwise permitted by applicable law.

20. Client Conduct

Clients agree to:

• treat Therapists respectfully;
• provide accurate booking information;
• provide a reasonably safe environment where applicable;
• respect agreed appointment boundaries;
• pay applicable amounts;
• avoid abusive behaviour;
• avoid discriminatory or threatening behaviour;
• follow reasonable safety instructions; and
• comply with applicable law.

21. Therapist Conduct

Therapists agree to:

• treat Clients respectfully;
• arrive prepared for confirmed appointments;
• maintain professional boundaries;
• provide the booked service professionally;
• protect Client confidentiality;
• avoid discriminatory behaviour;
• avoid harassment;
• avoid unlawful conduct;
• accurately represent qualifications;
• maintain required professional standards; and
• report serious incidents to MassageCrib promptly.

22. Private Locations

Some Experiences may take place at private residences, hotels or other locations.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate location information and ensuring that the location is reasonably safe and lawful.

A Therapist may refuse to enter or remain at a location where they reasonably believe there is a safety risk.

MassageCrib may cancel or suspend a Booking where the proposed location creates a material safety or legal concern.

23. Safety and Emergencies

If an individual reasonably believes that they or another person is in immediate danger, they should contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service before contacting MassageCrib.

MassageCrib is not an emergency-response service.

MassageCrib may cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.

24. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the MassageCrib Cancellation Policy.

The applicable cancellation consequences may depend on when the cancellation occurs, whether the appointment has been confirmed, whether the Therapist has committed time or incurred expenses, the reason for the cancellation and applicable law.

25. Therapist Cancellations

A Therapist should not cancel a confirmed Booking without a legitimate reason.

Where a Therapist cancels, MassageCrib may assist the Client with selecting another Therapist, rescheduling the appointment, processing an applicable refund, investigating the circumstances or taking appropriate action against the Therapist's account.

Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.

26. Client Cancellations

A Client who wishes to cancel should notify MassageCrib as soon as reasonably possible.

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer-protection rights.

27. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, MassageCrib will process it using the applicable payment method or another reasonable method.

Refund processing times may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

MassageCrib may investigate disputed refund requests before issuing a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Third-Party Payment Providers

MassageCrib may use third-party payment processors to process transactions.

Third-party payment services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

MassageCrib is not responsible for failures caused solely by a third-party payment processor, banking institution, telecommunications provider or other external infrastructure, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Therapist Payments and Payouts

Where MassageCrib collects payments on behalf of or in connection with a Therapist, the applicable payout arrangement will be governed by the Therapist's agreement with MassageCrib and applicable Platform policies.

MassageCrib may temporarily delay a payout where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment reversal, chargeback, Client complaints, safety incidents, identity concerns, suspected unlawful conduct or other material contractual violations, subject to applicable law and the applicable Therapist agreement.

30. Reviews

Clients may be permitted to submit reviews following completed Bookings.

Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experiences.

Users must not submit fake reviews, review a service they did not receive, threaten another person to obtain a review, offer payment for a particular review, manipulate ratings or impersonate another reviewer.

MassageCrib may remove or restrict content that violates Platform policies or applicable law.

31. User Content

Where you submit photographs, reviews, comments, messages or other content to MassageCrib, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

You grant MassageCrib a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote the Platform, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate consent.

MassageCrib does not acquire ownership of your underlying intellectual property merely because you submit it.

32. Therapist Photographs and Professional Information

Therapists authorize MassageCrib to display approved profile photographs and professional information for marketplace and promotional purposes while the Therapist is listed on the Platform, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Therapists represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions concerning photographs and materials submitted.

33. Privacy and Personal Data

MassageCrib may collect and process personal information necessary to operate the Platform, facilitate Bookings, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, verify users and comply with legal obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the MassageCrib Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain information must be processed to provide requested services and fulfil contractual or legal obligations.

34. Confidentiality

Users must not misuse confidential or personal information obtained through the Platform.

This includes private contact information, addresses, identification documents, private photographs, health-related information, payment information and private communications.

These obligations continue after the Booking or Platform relationship ends to the extent permitted by law.

35. Intellectual Property

The MassageCrib name, logo, branding, website design, software, content, graphics, text, databases and Platform functionality are owned by or licensed to MassageCrib unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit MassageCrib intellectual property without written permission.

36. Platform Availability

MassageCrib does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting problems, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, third-party service failures, government action or circumstances beyond MassageCrib's reasonable control.

37. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services.

MassageCrib does not control third-party websites, payment providers, communication services or other external services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

38. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and marketplace services are provided on an "as available" basis.

MassageCrib does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted Platform availability;
• a particular Therapist's availability;
• a particular wellness result;
• a particular Client experience;
• that every Therapist will meet a Client's expectations;
• that information supplied by users will always be accurate; or
• that third-party services will operate without interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

39. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MassageCrib will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from:

• a Client's interaction with a Therapist;
• a Therapist's interaction with a Client;
• conduct occurring outside MassageCrib's reasonable control;
• inaccurate information supplied by a user;
• unauthorized conduct by a user;
• third-party service failures;
• loss of data caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control;
• loss of profits or business opportunities; or
• events outside MassageCrib's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

40. Release

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each user agrees that MassageCrib is not responsible for disputes, injuries, losses, damage or misconduct arising directly from interactions between Clients and Therapists, except to the extent caused by MassageCrib's own legally actionable conduct.

Nothing in this section prevents a person from exercising a legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

41. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MassageCrib, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

1. your breach of these Terms;
2. your unlawful conduct;
3. your misuse of the Platform;
4. your fraud or misrepresentation;
5. your violation of another person's rights;
6. your breach of confidentiality;
7. your content submitted to the Platform;
8. your interaction with another user; or
9. your violation of applicable law.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by MassageCrib's own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be shifted.

42. Therapist Indemnity

In addition to the general indemnity above, a Therapist agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to indemnify MassageCrib against claims arising from the Therapist's:

• provision of services;
• professional negligence or misconduct;
• unauthorized conduct;
• inaccurate qualifications;
• breach of Client confidentiality;
• unlawful activity;
• bodily injury caused by the Therapist's conduct;
• property damage caused by the Therapist's conduct;
• violation of professional requirements; or
• breach of these Terms.

43. Client Indemnity

A Client agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to indemnify MassageCrib against claims arising from the Client's:

• unlawful conduct;
• harassment;
• threats;
• intentional property damage;
• fraud;
• misuse of payment systems;
• breach of these Terms;
• unauthorized recording or distribution of content;
• intentional harm to another person; or
• violation of another person's rights.

44. Incidents and Complaints

Clients and Therapists should report serious incidents to MassageCrib as soon as reasonably possible.

MassageCrib may investigate complaints and may request relevant information, including booking records, messages, photographs, documents, payment records and witness information.

MassageCrib may temporarily restrict accounts while an investigation is ongoing.

An internal investigation does not prevent a person from contacting law enforcement, regulators, medical professionals or other appropriate authorities.

45. Suspension and Termination

MassageCrib may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary because of:

• fraud;
• serious misconduct;
• safety concerns;
• unlawful conduct;
• harassment;
• repeated cancellations;
• payment abuse;
• chargebacks;
• identity concerns;
• false information;
• review manipulation;
• attempts to circumvent Platform safeguards; or
• material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally required, MassageCrib may provide notice or an opportunity to respond.

46. Effect of Termination

Termination of an account does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

Provisions relating to payments, confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, liability, dispute resolution and other provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

47. Force Majeure

MassageCrib will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, war, terrorism, government restrictions, power failures, telecommunications failures, internet failures, cyberattacks, strikes, transportation disruption or other comparable events.

48. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication with MassageCrib's customer-support or concierge team.

Where appropriate, MassageCrib may propose mediation before formal proceedings.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking urgent interim relief or exercising a legal right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Where a dispute is legally capable of being referred to arbitration, the parties may agree to resolve it by arbitration in accordance with applicable Nigerian arbitration law.

49. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to applicable mandatory laws and consumer-protection rights.

Where applicable, the courts or other lawful dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under Nigerian law shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

50. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or override any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law.

Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory statutory protection, the mandatory statutory protection will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

51. Changes to These Terms

MassageCrib may update these Terms periodically.

When material changes are made, MassageCrib may provide notice through the Platform, email or another reasonable communication method.

The updated Terms will state the applicable effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date may constitute acceptance of updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

52. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

53. No Waiver

A failure by MassageCrib to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

54. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Booking Policy, Therapist Agreement, Platform policies, payment terms and other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement between you and MassageCrib concerning your use of the Platform, subject to any separate written agreement.

55. Electronic Acceptance

You agree that clicking an acceptance button, checking an acceptance box, creating an account, submitting a Booking, making a payment, submitting a Therapist application or otherwise using the Platform may constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms where permitted by applicable law.

MassageCrib may retain electronic records of acceptance as evidence of the applicable agreement.
